Full of Smiles! Everyone Will Get Their Happiness!! (笑顔がいっぱい! みんなで幸せゲットだよ!! "Egao ga Ippai! Minna de Shiawase Getto da yo!!")? is the 50th and final episode of Fresh Pretty Cure! and is the 292nd episode of the Pretty Cure franchise overall.
Summary
The final battle between Cure Angel and Moebius. Will Pretty Cure be able to save Chiffon and the parallel worlds in time?

- The Cure Angels (along with Soular, Westar, Azukina and Tarte) defeat Moebius and rescue Chiffon.

Synopsis
As they fall and are weakened, the data of all people in Labyrinth is captured by Moebius.
Peach, Berry, Pine, Passion, Tarte, Azukina, Westar, and Soular are separated from each other by the data cable. They begin to fight an army of Moebius- and one by one they are defeated as the data from the citizens of Labyrinth is released. Moebius, realizing that he cannot hope to defeat the Cures, activates his self-destruct function in an attempt to destroy them along with himself.
The girls then attempt to send their feelings to Chiffon to save her from the imminent explosion. This culminates in them launching Pretty Cure Loving True Heart Fresh towards her, just as Moebius' tower explodes and collapses. However, it is quickly revealed that Chiffon has returned to her normal self and protected the Cures and their allies, causing everyone to express happiness as she saves them and the entirety of Labyrinth.
They return home after a long battle and quickly meet up with their parents at their houses, who all greet the girls and embrace them with tearful relief.
The next day, the girls prepare to compete in the delayed dance contest; before it begins, however, Setsuna tells her friends that after its conclusion, she intends to return to Labyrinth with Soular and Westar to help the people there get their happiness.
Daisuke then timidly approaches Love to ask if she has an answer to his confession of feelings for her.FPC44 After a moment of thought, Love teasingly refuses to tell him.
Later, the girls, as their dance group Clover, perform "H@ppy Together!!!" as their friends and family cheer them on, and eventually end up winning. Before Setsuna heads back to Labyrinth, she takes a family photo with Love, their parents, Chiffon, Tarte, and Azukina, which she and the fairies take with them as they depart back to their respective home worlds.
A time skip then shows the girls in the near future. Miki has become a model, while Inori has continued to diligently study to become a veterinarian. Love puts on her school uniform and bids her parents goodbye before setting off, while encouraging everyone to get their happiness.

- This episode marks the end of Fresh Pretty Cure!. It was succeeded by Heartcatch Pretty Cure! in its initial timeslot.
- Part of the full version of "H@ppy Together!!!" is played during the montage at the end of the episode; the song (albeit the TV size version) is played a second time during the ending credits.
- During the sequence where Moebius attempts to brainwash the Cures and their allies, Setsuna is registered not as Eas, but only as Higashi Setsuna and Cure Passion. Soular and Westar, conversely, are registered with both their villain names and civilian ones.
- Passion was the only Cure to not have her blood type revealed, while Peach was the only one whose height was revealed.
- The final scene of the episode, featuring Love leaving her house and heading to school, is a callback to a similar scene from the beginning of both versions of "Let's! Fresh Pretty Cure!".
