Don't Make Assumptions! (決めつけちゃダメ！ Kimetsukecha Dame!)? is the 9th episode of Meitantei Pretty Cure! and is the 1076th episode of the Pretty Cure franchise overall.
Summary
The popular actor, Ieiri Shiruku visits Makoto Mirai Academy to film for a TV show. The plan was for her to participate in the drama club's play, but just before the performance, her important costume, a dress, goes missing from the club room.

Synopsis
The popular high school student and actor, Ieiri Shiruku, is coming to Makoto Mirai Academy, causing a stir among Anna and her friends. Shiruku's arrival is part of a TV program where she will participate in the drama club's play to liven up the welcoming party for new students.
Shiruku visits the drama club and meets the members. Seeing their nervousness, Shiruku performs "Shiruku Exercise", something she often does to ease tension, helping to lighten the mood. Later, during a break, Anna and Mikuru confide in Shiruku that they haven't received any detective requests, to which Shiruku encourages them by telling them to not make assumptions.
As the play's performance approaches, the dress that has been used as a costume for generations by the drama club goes missing. Anna and Mikuru say they'll handle the dress search, and Shiruku offers to help. The only people in the club room at the time the dress is thought to have disappeared are the TV program staff and Shiruku's manager. However, all three said they were focused on their work.
With less than 10 minutes until the show starts, while Shiruku was buying time on stage, Anna has an idea and uses her Pre-Kit Voice Memo to imitate the Chairwoman's voice and broadcast the announcement that the dress has been found. Of the three who heard the announcement, Director Sakakibara Tomoki, who was concerned about the hem of his pants, is the culprit. Ageseine, who was disguised as Sakakibara Tomoki, reveals her true identity and transforms the dress she was wearing underneath into a Hanninda. Anna and Mikuru also transform into Pretty Cure, and Answer is able to stop the Hanninda, which was spinning like a top, with an attack from directly above, giving them the opportunity to purify it.
The dress is safely delivered to the drama club, and the welcoming party for new students is a great success. Later, as Anna, Mikuru, and Jett-senpai are watching a TV program reporting on the event, Shiruku visits the agency. Having heard about Pretty Holic from Rie, Shiruku stopped by, and Anna and the others welcome her with big smiles.
