Synopsis

Mepple sweet talks Nagisa into giving him breakfast. She summons Omp on the Card Commune, who gives Mepple his kitsune udon after two failed attempts. Nagisa calls him spoiled, but Mepple prefers to be labeled a domineering future husband to Mipple.

In the Dotsuku Zone, Pisard pleads with the Evil King to give him another chance, who tells him that his own existence is linked to the Dotsuku Zone's, and thus if he perishes so will Pisard. As he leaves, Pisard overhears his peers mocking him and planning ahead for another failure, angering him as he storms off.

A reluctant Nagisa takes Mepple to Honoka's house so that he can see Mipple. She doubts if the two will even be at home, given that they're arriving uninvited, but Mepple brushes this aside arrogantly, making fun of Nagisa for not having a boyfriend. Just as this occurs, the teenage soccer player from before passes by, prompting Mepple to hide. Nagisa greets the boy and introduces herself as the girl who returned his soccer ball to him earlier.FwPC02 The boy thanks her and leaves for Sunday practice, prompting Mepple to come out and continue teasing Nagisa, who notes "it's not like that" and how she doesn't even know the upperclassman's full name.

At the Yukishiro residence, Mepple asks Nagisa to shout out to make their presence known, but she mentions that while Mepple and Mipple may be "deeply in love," she and Honoka are not that close. Chuutaro comes out to greet them, followed by Honoka, who sees this as perfect timing, given how she wanted to see Nagisa as well, due to Mipple's insistence on seeing Mepple. The group then goes to a nearby park as the lovey-dovey couple play together on a swingset.

Nagisa and Honoka discuss their mutual lack of a boyfriend despite receiving many confessions when suddenly, Mepple and Mipple note a "dangerous presence" nearby and hide. The girls panic, thinking it's Pisard, but it turns out to be two older teens who flirt with them. The two boys try to grab the girls to go for a ride, but startled by their impoliteness, Honoka tells them off, prompting Nagisa to pull her away and leave the park.

Now in the city, the girls start to get hungry and discuss what they should eat. Honoka makes fun of Nagisa for listing foods that have the word "yaki" in them, giving Nagisa an idea to take her out for some takoyaki. Nagisa introduces Honoka to Akane for the first time, a former lacrosse player at Verone and owner of the Tako Café. Akane notes that Honoka is a "new friend" for Nagisa, which the latter tries to deny a bit. After receiving their orders, Nagisa says that she always stops at Akane's after practice. She explains that the older woman used to work for a big company before leaving to start her own business. Honoka lends Nagisa a handkerchief so she can wipe her face after eating.

The girls then head to the mall under Nagisa's suggestion, where she goes window shopping for clothes. Honoka notes that Nagisa is an interesting person who's fun to be around. Once finished, the girls part ways. Nagisa wonders if she and Honoka are really friends, despite being totally different, before realizing that she accidentally took Honoka's handkerchief with her. Mepple tells Nagisa to go back and return it. Meanwhile, Mipple notices that Pisard is following them, prompting Honoka to run away. Nagisa learns from Honoka's grandmother that she hasn't arrived back home yet, and wonders if she's at the library. Mepple senses a disturbance, so Nagisa reluctantly searches for Honoka.

Honoka is cornered into an unoccupied construction site, still refusing to give up Mipple's Prism Stone. Pisard notes that the girls can't transform when they're by themselves. She scolds Pisard and his clan for acting selfishly, but he doesn't understand, saying he has a job to do. He chases Honoka around the site, eventually causing her to trip and let go of Mipple's Card Commune which falls into his hands. As this happens, Nagisa and Mepple arrive on the scene. Pisard, again noting that the girls cannot transform together without their Card Communes, hands Mipple back to Honoka, demanding they come at him with their full power.

Rather than send out a Zakenna to fight, Pisard himself takes on Pretty Cure. The fight moves from the construction site to atop a nearby passenger train, where Pretty Cure continues to struggle. After jumping off the train onto a riverbank, the fight continues. Pisard tries to goad the girls into begging for mercy.

The girls then pull out a Marble Screw attack, which Pisard pushes back on with his own blast initially, causing a struggle. He tells the girls to just give up and accept the Evil King's will, but they refuse to let them subjugate those who live harmoniously. The girls then overpower Pisard, who leaves behind his green pendant.

Cure White worries over what they did to Pisard, but Mepple assures her that he returned to the darkness, and Mipple adds that he won't come back in that menacing form either. The group then retrieves the Emerald Prism Stone that forms from Pisard's discarded pendant.
