"All together! Miracle fashion show at the culture festival!!" (一致団結！文化祭でミラクルファッションショー！！ Icchi Danketsu! Bunkasai de Mirakuru Fasshon Shō!!)? is the 34th episode of Smile Pretty Cure! and is the 423rd episode of the Pretty Cure franchise overall.
Summary
For the upcoming Culture Festival, Miyuki wants to do a fashion show inspired by her picture books. But a classmate, Toyoshima refuses to get involved; leaving the girls to try to reach out to him and figure out why.

Synopsis
Miyuki is delighted when Reika announces the results of a poll selecting "fashion show" as the class for the school cultural festival. Most of the class is happy with the decision, but classmate Toyoshima Hidekazu storms out, complaining that it lacks appeal for male students.
Meanwhile, Majorina suspiciously eyes a Black Nose, intended to create a Hyper Akanbe. She spots something in a book that inspires her for an idea of a way to defeat the Pretty Cure, and immediately takes off.
Heading home, the girls are concerned about Toyoshima's feelings. Miyuki hopes to convince him to take a more positive view, and Reika suggests talking to him to understand his objections.
The following day in class, Yayoi, whose mother works in the fashion industry, shows classmates a book on fashion shows. She describes the numerous tasks involved, including lighting, stage design. Miyuki suggests a theme of fairy tales, which is well-received, but Toyoshima once again storms off. Miyuki tries talking to him, and discovers that Toyoshima, a guitarist, he had his heart set on performing in a band.
The girls discuss it at lunch, and redouble their efforts to convince Toyoshima to join the fashion show. They try showing off Three Little Pigs noses, but he rebuffs them, saying it suits Akane. They ask him for suggestions for background music, lighting, and poses, and even offer him a Peter Pan hat to wear, but he ignores them.
Meanwhile, the class works on their costumes, with Miyuki making sure everyone has the opportunity to take part. Toyoshima once again storms out, but the girls are dedicated to find a way he can be included.
Miyuki finds Toyoshima playing his guitar, and he expresses regrets that he can't have fun with everyone else. Majorina suddenly appears uses a Black Nose to summon a Hyper Akanbe from Toyoshima's guitar, then merges with it.
The Cures arrive and transform to fight it, but are unable to withstand its loud music-based attacks. Candy wraps her ears around her head in a turban, and uses the banana decor to summon a giant banana. She eats the giant banana and throws the peel at the Akanbe. It slips on the peel, giving the girls an opening to use Royal Rainbow Burst to defeat the Akanbe.
With everyone back to normal, Toyoshima regrets that guitar is his only skill, and he can't play it at the event. Miyuki has an idea about a role that will suit him.
The concert opens, and Toyoshima, dressed as Peter Pan, plays guitar in a class band which provides live music backing to the fashion show. Among the fashion show costumes are Yayoi dressed as Red Riding Hood paired with male classmate Satou Kazuya dressed as a wolf; Akane as an Arabian princess paired with Inoue Seiji as an Arabian prince; Reika as Princess Kaguya; Nao as Alice from Alice in Wonderland with classmate Honda Aya as a white rabbit; and Miyuki as Cinderella.
Miyuki is nervous to take the stage, but Toyoshima encourages her with a wink, and her other classmate backstage cheer her on too. Miyuki takes the stage with confidence. Finally, the whole class take the stage together, and Miyuki announces that being able to make them all smile made her "ultra happy".

- This episode is similar to episode 36 of Heartcatch Pretty Cure!, where the Cures of that season also hold a fashion show with music bands during the school festival.
- The results of the poll are 14 votes for fashion show, 4 votes for a band performance, 6 votes for a dance, and 6 votes for a play. The votes for a band are evidently from the four band members.
- Okada Mayu reveals she was one of the votes for the dance. At the beginning of the episode, she seems a little disappointed at the poll result, while her friend Onoushiro Kiyomi seems to be consoling her. At the fashion show, she appears in ballet shoes.
- The books which appear in the background when Miyuki is talking about fairytales are Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, Tsuru no Ongaeshi, Three Little Pigs, Cinderella, and Snow White.
- "Let's Laugh, Just Laugh And Laugh♪" is played as an insert song during the fashion show.
- Three male students dressed as the Three Little Pigs appear during the fashion show, but these outfits don't appear in the final line-up. The three students appear to be Inoue Seiji, Satou Kazuya, and Kijita Kazufumi, who appear later in other costumes.
- One of the male students wears a dress in the fashion show. Inuzuka Shirou, who sits beside Miyuki in class, is also seen working the lights and helping to open the moon prop for Reika's costume.
- As of this episode, the girls switch back to their long-sleeved winter uniforms.
- This episode was omitted in the English dub Glitter Force, possibly due to its reliance on the Japanese school summer festival or because the events of this episode have relatively little effect on the overall plot.
- Toyoshima is previously mentioned in episode 13 as Akane's guess for who Miyuki has a crush on. Her crush turns out to be Peter Pan, who Toyoshima dresses up as at the fashion concert.
