"Reika's Worries! A Noble Heart and a Noble Vote!!" (れいかの悩み！清き心と清き一票！！ Reika no nayami! Kiyoki kokoro to kiyoki ippyō!!)? is the 37th episode of Smile Pretty Cure! and is the 426th episode of the Pretty Cure franchise overall.
In the English dub, Glitter Force, it is called "Candidate Chloe" and is the 29th episode.
Summary
Miyuki helps Reika when she attempts to run for Student Council President. But the Bad End trio decide to try a new plan in order to ruin it.

Synopsis
Aoki Reika, student council vice president, begins the school day by sweeping up leaves, watering the flowers and greeting students as they arrive. When her friends arrive, they suggest she run for student council president in the upcoming election, using the Star Decor to create sparkles and demanding a speech. They are shocked when she announces she has no intention to run for election, due to her lack of certainty about her own path in life.
Meanwhile, in the Bad End Kingdom, Majorina, Wolfrun, and Akaoni are watching an anime that depicts the popular trope of an all-powerful student council president. Taking it seriously, they disguise themselves as humans and pose as transfer students to run for president themselves.
"Wolf Runtarou" makes his election pledge to get rid of homework, "Majo Rina" offers to let students eat sweets in class, and "Aka Onikichi" promises to let students bring manga and video games to school. The girls are divided, with Nao and Akane rejecting such irresponsible election promises, but manga fan Yayoi is interested in the proposals and Miyuki is excited at the prospect of sweets.
Reika, outraged by this corruption of school values, pledges to run in the election. Her friends support her and Yayoi draws an election poster. However, her election promises to uphold tradition fail to impress the student body, and Reika once again blames her own self-doubt about her path in life. She begins to struggle in other activities at which she normally excels, including archery and studying.
On the day of the election, Reika makes a speech promising to continue cleaning the school grounds, taking care of the flowers, and greeting students each morning. The student body favors the three Generals' policies, but Akaoni and Majorina accidentally reveal their real identities and flee.
Wolfrun summons Bad End Space, the girls transform, and Wolfrun creates a Hyper Akanbe from the ballot box. Beauty is once again distracted by her own self-doubt, but her confidence returns after her friends make an impassioned speech about how they are inspired by Reika's vision and how much she cares about the school. She realizes that what she needs is to better communicate her vision to the students. They defeat the Hyper Akanbe with Royal Rainbow Burst.
Wolfrun changes back into his human disguise, challenging Reika to face him the election. She makes a new speech elegantly communicating the value of her policies. The students applaud, and after the votes are taken, Reika is victorious.

- This episode references a manga trope where the student council seems to be the most powerful organization in the entire school, outranking even the principal. TV Tropes refers to this as the Absurdly Powerful Student Council.
- The human appearances of Wolfrun, Akaoni, and Majorina mirror those of popular delinquent archetypes. Wolfun as a modern delinquent, Akaoni as a Yankii (Yankee), and Majorina as a Sukeban.
- This is one of several episodes exploring Reika's goal of finding her own "path".
- This is the third episode where someone other than Miyuki appears at the center at the start of the transformation sequence. In this episode, it is Reika, whose story is central to the episode.
- This episode notes that the class is still Class 2-2, meaning that they are still in their second year, as they have been since the first episode.
